“Mediante la financiación alternativa, llegamos donde otros no llegan”
La CEO de Dexter Global Finance, Yeidy Ramírez, ha sido entrevistada en la CADENA COPE, en el programa La Mañana en la Costa que se emite en Marbella, y ha detallado el proceso de expansión y crecimiento en el que se encuentra inmersa la compañía.
“Estamos ampliando nuestro radio de operaciones, desde Marbella al resto de continentes. Con la mirada puesta en enclaves estratégicos como Dubai y México, estamos llevando la firma a otra dimensión”, ha explicitado, en una conversación en la que ha puesto en valor el peso de España en el mundo y la seguridad jurídica que ofrece a los inversores internacionales: “los fondos buscan esa seguridad, y la encuentran, y al mismo tiempo tienen muy presente el enorme atractivo de Marbella y la Costa del Sol. Yo no diría que ese atractivo está volviendo sino que Marbella, en realidad, siempre está de moda”.
En un momento en el que la banca tradicional no está siendo especialmente generosa en la concesión de crédito, Yeidy Ramírez ha sido muy directa: “vamos a llegar allí donde otros no llegan. Toda la costa de Málaga, pero también otras zonas del mediterráneo como Cataluña, Alicante o Baleares son un polo de enorme interés en el sector inmobiliario”.
Por último, la CEO de Dexter Global Finance se ha pronunciado sobre las ventajas que presenta la financiación con capital privado: “somos más flexibles, manejamos tiempos más cortos. Y eso nos está permitiendo dar impulso a proyectos nuevos y desatascar otros que estaban parados. Actuamos como motor, como dinamizador en la creación de riqueza”, ha concluido.

At a time when traditional banks are not being particularly generous in granting credit, Yeidy Ramírez has been very direct: “we are going to go where others don’t go. The entire coast of Malaga, but also other areas of the Mediterranean such as Catalonia, Alicante or the Balearic Islands are a pole of enormous interest in the real estate sector”.
