Autumn 2025: funds will redouble their commitment to the Costa del Sol
The second half of 2025 will be a period of clear coordinates for real estate investment funds, which will mean the continuation and reinforcement of current trends.
In this sense, the Costa del Sol will continue to be a first magnitude bet for several strategic and structural reasons that make this region of Spain still very attractive for both investment and development.
On the one hand, international demand remains constant. In areas such as Marbella, Málaga city, Estepona, Benahavís and Benalmádena the numbers of foreign buyers, especially from Northern Europe, the UK, Arab countries and the USA, are expected to remain very high, and this high foreign demand offers security of return for property investors, both in sales and rentals. As tourism is both more or less permanent and seasonal in nature, stable income for investors is more than assured.
