What are bridging loans for real estate under construction?

A bridge loan or loan is a transitional financing method that is requested in the short to medium term in order to provide immediate financing, before or between the processing of one or two longer-term loans, to real estate developers for the construction of housing, housing estates or multiple buildings.

In this type of credit, loans are temporary, for a specific amount and time as long as future income is solid and can be verified by the debtor. In short, the debtor must offer a guarantee of future income to ensure repayment of the loan.
