DEXTER at 'SIMA 2024': intense meetings agenda on opening day
DEXTER has not missed its annual appointment with the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition, SIMA, which in this 2024 edition has opened its doors with an offer that exceeds 17,000 homes for sale, half of them in the Community of Madrid, more than 300 exhibitors and 17 countries represented.
The delegation, made up of the company's vice-president, Alfonso Merlos, the commercial director, Victoria Valle, and the marketing director, Antonio Ponce, held intense meetings throughout the day with clients, collaborators and intermediaries, as well as with operators such as appraisers and real estate agencies, which are the usual entry points for DEXTER's operations.
A working meeting was also held with the Spanish Confederation of Housing Cooperatives CONCOVI (with its president Juan Casares), with whom a fruitful collaboration agreement is maintained; and with the president of COWORD, Araceli Martín Navarro, insofar as DEXTER also facilitates access to financing for the new models of flex-living: cohousing or coliving.
The company's vice-president, Alfonso Merlos, stressed that "although DEXTER facilitates access to financing for all productive sectors, for companies in the most diverse areas, real estate financing is our star product: loans to buy land, to buy assets, loans to developers and, without a doubt, bridging loans with mortgage guarantees. Our presence at SIMA, once again this year, makes perfect sense and we are making the most of it", concluded Merlos.
