The CEO of DEXTER Global Finance, Yeidy Ramírez, stated in an interview on Cadena COPE that private equity provides "tangible, real and flexible means for the expansion of companies (...) it assumes a greater risk than traditional banking and is proving the effectiveness of protocols that are equally demanding but more agile in their application;
there are operations that the banks cannot reach, either because of the amount or the terms, or because of the objectives of their financial products", he remarked.
During the conversation, he also made reference to the high demand for bridge loans and to those traditional development and construction companies that are diversifying their sources of financing and discovering the advantages, in many respects, of private equity.
