One week before the celebration of the 'FORO DEXTER COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA', the expectation has already led to the registration of 200 businessmen who will attend the event on July 6th from 9 am at the emblematic Hotel Meliá Benidorm.
In an interview with BOM Radio, DEXTER Vice-President Alfonso Merlos said that "Alicante is proving to be one of the provinces with the highest number of real estate transactions, and therefore one of the areas with the highest number of mortgage loans".. To which he added that "With the DEXTER FORUM, we intend to establish Alicante as one of the strategic pieces in lending operations for land purchase, asset purchase, loans to developers and bridging loans. The demand is very strong and private capital is ready to give a boost to entrepreneurs in all productive sectors, as is already being demonstrated by the clients we are already supporting throughout the province"..
