"there is a growing interest, after the covid-19 episode and the restrictions, in having housing with outdoor spaces (...)".

It is an undeniable fact. The housing market in Cádiz has made its best start to the year since 2008, closing the first quarter, according to reports, with 4,300 sales transactions, 23% more than before the pandemic. And this has been boosted not only by the sale and purchase of second-hand residential property, but also by new-build transactions.

The fact is that, for the first time since records have been kept, there have been ten consecutive months of rises reminiscent of the boom of 15 years ago. And this, in a context in which the purchase of used housing is a consequence of the lack of new housing on the market to satisfy demand, reflecting also now the ripple effect of the paralysis of activity in the construction sector due to the confinement.

Property developers are well aware of this. DEXTER Global Finance has, in fact, provided private capital in recent months to finance developments that would otherwise have been difficult to finance. And this, in advantageous conditions of flexibility, security, transparency and enormous speed for the availability of the necessary resources.

The company's CEO, Yeidy Ramírez, points out precisely that "there is a growing interest, after the covid-19 episode and the restrictions, in having homes with outdoor spaces, which is producing very positive effects for single-family projects throughout the province of Cádiz, not only in the beach areas".

DEXTER was present as a sponsor at the Expoconstruye 2022 fair, creating synergies with professionals in the sector and making the resources derived from its 30 funds available to both developers and builders.
