The 'FORO DEXTER - Comunidad Valenciana' has gathered this Thursday 6th July at the Hotel Meliá Benidorm more than 200 entrepreneurs, attracted by the opportunity represented by private equity and alternative financing.
DEXTER has presented to developers, builders, financial consultants, lawyers, architects, real estate agents and entrepreneurs from other productive sectors its main services and its most demanded products, many of them linked to real estate financing.
The company's president, Yeidy Ramírez has referred to "The growing confidence that companies have in the usefulness of private capital to finance their projects and growth, and this in a context in which bank credit is clearly in decline, so that Spain is taking steps in this direction and following in the footsteps of other neighbouring countries such as Germany and the United States"..
