Spain has several factors that make real estate investment attractive. Some of them may seem obvious, but they should not be overlooked, especially for international investment funds and private equity operating in our country, such as the one managed and represented by DEXTER.

Firstly, there is the pleasant climate throughout most of the year and the wide geographical diversity, which makes us a popular destination for property purchases, whether for permanent residence or for holidays. Equally, and beyond the ups and downs and cycles, there is the stability of the Spanish economy, which generates confidence among investors.

Another key factor is the attractiveness of tourism, which favours investment in short-term rental properties, taking advantage of the growing demand for temporary accommodation.
