We recently learned that, in a forecasting exercise, the big developers were shielding themselves from a possible crisis with sales of 5,000 million homes. They accumulated a portfolio of pre-sales of more than 14,200 units and estimated, at the same time, that prices would continue to rise due to high demand. In short, the large developers are reasonably assured of a stable inflow of capital for their businesses in the coming months. But is the situation the same for other, smaller, entrepreneurs?<\/p>

It is true that Spain is seen as a safe place to invest from a legal and economic point of view, and the nationalities of buyers have diversified and continue to account for a growing percentage. But not all developers have capital at their disposal at the moment when they have not yet been able to start building and do not have reserves or purchase contracts.<\/p>

DEXTER, in recent years, has become a financial corporation of reference by making it possible for developers and builders to access financing, even when there are no pre-sales in their promotions. As Guillermo D\u00edaz from the Business Development area points out, \"in this scenario, we have to count on developments that are perceived as winners, with a great commercial strength, that an analysis is made and it is concluded that the pace of sales is going to be fast... in this case, the presence of reservations by the credit applicant is not necessary\", concludes D\u00edaz.<\/p>

DEXTER has become a leader in private equity, largely due to its attractive financial products offered for the development and execution of new construction, as well as for the resumption of work that, for whatever reason, has been put on hold.<\/p>
