The numbers are so often eloquent: Malaga will grow twice as much as Andalusia, the USA and the Eurozone. The good performance of tourism, exports and the growing weight of technology lead to a \"robust\" growth, according to macroeconomic experts.<\/p>

The Malaga Association of Economists itself published a barometer at the end of 2023 according to which the province's GDP would grow by the end of the year by around 2.5%, double the average for Andalusia, the Eurozone or the United States and eight times more than the estimates made for the United Kingdom or twelve times more than for Germany.<\/p>

Tourism on the Costa del Sol, the strong growth of Malaga's exports thanks mainly to the agri-food sector, and the strength in technology with the attraction and creation of companies both in the technology park and in other centres in the province are essential pillars for understanding this very beneficial trend. Malaga has already overcome the pre-covid situation, thanks to a 7.7% increase in GDP in 2022.<\/p>

\"It is key in tourism to diversify the offer with congresses, golf, gastronomy, museums, etc. to extend the season,\" stipulate the experts.
