On the 6th of March, at 'The Pool' (Marbella) the event \"PropTech and Tokenization in Spain: Opportunities & Challenges\" will take place from 5pm, a meeting in which the challenges of the world of real estate technology, tokenization in Spain and the strategic outlook for real estate in our country will be discussed.<\/p>

DEXTER Vice President Alfonso Merlos will take part, along with Mois\u00e9s Segura, founder of Tokeniza and Vicente Ortiz, Executive Managing Director of Vicox. The event is sponsored by the MetaWealth platform, which has chosen Spain as one of the most attractive real estate markets in Europe and will focus on the democratisation of investments, making them accessible to users with greater or lesser purchasing power. In fact, the company has presented in Spain a first selection of Mane Residences flats in Benalm\u00e1dena, M\u00e1laga, including exclusive penthouses.<\/p>

The second executive of DEXTER has pointed out that \"we are really pleased that when people talk about real estate investment, alternative financing, private equity... they look at the dominant position of our company in the market.
