Es lo que constatan expertos del sector en toda Espa\u00f1a, que asimismo subrayan la estabilidad actual de este \u00e1mbito de la econom\u00eda y la gesti\u00f3n prudente en nuevas hipotecas y en la situaci\u00f3n financiera de las promotoras, algo que rubrica el diagn\u00f3stico del propio Banco de Espa\u00f1a.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Pocas dudas caben de la resiliencia del sector residencial en 2023, con cerca de 590.000 transacciones registradas seg\u00fan el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica. Pero, aun as\u00ed, se llega a la conclusi\u00f3n en los tiempos que corren de que son necesarias soluciones innovadoras en la financiaci\u00f3n de la compra de suelo y en ayudas para los compradores, especialmente en comunidades como Madrid, donde existe un desaf\u00edo significativo debido al desequilibrio entre la demanda y la capacidad de producci\u00f3n de viviendas.<\/p><p>DEXTER hace posible precisamente la financiaci\u00f3n para la compra de suelo, alcanzando hasta el 50% del precio de compra-venta. Suelo finalista con proyecto y licencia, preferentemente, listo para construir. Pero igualmente estudia la viabilidad de obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n. This is what experts in the sector all over Spain confirm, who also underline the current stability of this area of the economy and the prudent management of new mortgages and the financial situation of developers, something that is confirmed by the Bank of Spain&#8217;s own diagnosis.\u00a0<\/p><p>There is little doubt about the resilience of the residential sector in 2023, with close to 590,000 transactions registered according to the National Statistics Institute. But even so, the conclusion is that innovative solutions are needed to finance the purchase of land and help buyers, especially in communities such as Madrid, where there is a significant challenge due to the imbalance between demand and housing production capacity.<\/p><p>DEXTER makes possible precisely the financing for the purchase of land, reaching up to 50% of the purchase price.
