Eso no significa \u00fanicamente suelo -dada adem\u00e1s su escasez en t\u00e9rminos generales- sino obras que quedaron paralizadas por alguna raz\u00f3n a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s (WIP\u2019s, \u2018work in progress\u2019), y que hoy en d\u00eda son activos que pueden ser comprados en condiciones interesantes para reanudar la ejecuci\u00f3n, terminar y comercializar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>\u201cSe trata de unas operaciones que habitualmente, y dicho en t\u00e9rminos coloquiales, tienen muy buena cara desde el punto de vista de su viabilidad. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Normalmente se compra a grandes tenedores o a fondos el activo (son en muchos casos antiguos activos bancarios) y el margen para el empresario es francamente bueno. Why? Normally the asset is bought from large holders or funds (in many cases they are former bank assets) and the margin for the entrepreneur is frankly good.
