Europa podr\u00eda recibir en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s de 63.800 millones de euros de inversi\u00f3n en distintos formatos de vivienda, siendo el &#8216;multifamily&#8217; (viviendas multifamiliares en alquiler) y las residencias de estudiantes los segmentos m\u00e1s demandados por los inversores. Esto, entre el momento presente y 2026.<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>Es el planteamiento anal\u00edtico de la consultora \u2018Savills\u2019, que se desprende de un sondeo a inversores del sector que suman activos bajo gesti\u00f3n con un valor superior a los 700.000 millones de euros. El citado &#8216;multifamily&#8217; sube el inter\u00e9s a un 84 % (por encima del 73 % que representaba el a\u00f1o pasado), y las residencias de estudiantes al 63 % (algo menos que el 65 % del ejercicio precedente). A continuaci\u00f3n figuran las viviendas unifamiliares en alquiler, con un 49 % (43 % el a\u00f1o pasado) y el &#8216;coliving&#8217; -viviendas compartidas- con 39 % (51 % el a\u00f1o anterior).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Las conclusiones del trabajo demosc\u00f3pico son n\u00edtidas: los inversores se centran en el segmento de la vivienda atendiendo a los desequilibrios entre la oferta y la demanda y a las oportunidades de crecimiento que \u00e9ste ofrece. Y a pesar de las nuevas tipolog\u00edas de activos, el foco inversor sigue muy presente en los segmentos m\u00e1s consolidados, como viviendas multifamiliares y residencias de estudiantes.<\/p><p>Desde el Departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio de DEXTER, \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda constata que \u201ca pesar de que en el inmobiliario estamos recibiendo constantemente solicitudes de cr\u00e9dito en todos los sectores, el residencial sigue siendo el dominante. Europe could receive in the next three years more than 63.8 billion euros of investment in different housing formats, with multifamily (multifamily rental housing) and student residences being the segments most in demand by investors. This, between now and 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space:pre\">\t<\/span>This is the analytical approach of the consultancy firm Savills, which is the result of a survey of investors in the sector who have assets under management with a value of more than 700,000 million euros. The aforementioned &#8216;multifamily&#8217; rises the interest to 84% (up from 73% last year), and student residences to 63% (slightly less than the 65% of the previous year). This was followed by single-family rental housing at 49 % (43 % last year) and shared housing at 39 % (51 % the previous year).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>The conclusions of the survey are clear: investors are focusing on the housing segment because of the imbalances between supply and demand and the growth opportunities it offers. And despite the new types of assets, the investor focus is still very much on the more consolidated segments, such as multi-family housing and student residences.<\/p><p>From DEXTER&#8217;s Business Development Department, \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda notes that \u00abalthough we are constantly receiving credit applications in all sectors of real estate, residential is still the dominant one.
