This is why operators' interest continues to grow, with 28% more openings by 2023, with more sustainable revenues than in other countries and prime centre profitability reaching 6.5%, the highest in 11 years.<\/p>

Investment funds were the main players with 72% of the volume invested. The main transactions include reference centres such as Islazul (Madrid), acquired by Henderson Park and Eurofund from Nuveen; Salera (Castell\u00f3n de la Plana), acquired by Resilient\/Light house properties from DWS; and the triple sale of the shopping centres SOM Multiespai (Barcelona), Ruta de la Plata (C\u00e1ceres) and Zubiarte (Bilbao) by ASG.<\/p>
