The sales value of the 20 most outstanding residential developments in the area totals no less than 3,200 million euros, with complexes of almost 1,000 homes and up to 600 million euros of investment.<\/p><p>The latest report on the premium real estate market by 'The Agency Marbella-The Belleside Team' is conclusive: the coastal strip from Sotogrande to M\u00e1laga city, via Casares, Estepona, Benahav\u00eds, Marbella and Oj\u00e9n, is almost unbeatable.<\/p><p>As the authors of the study point out, \"the real estate market is experiencing a very sweet moment. There is an international clientele very interested in the Costa del Sol. Both to buy property for investment purposes and to buy a house or villa to live in as a first or second home\".<\/p><p>There are developments that have sold out in their pre-launch phase, and flats are being resold off-plan.
