A key factor has been not only the demand from end buyers, but also the fact that developers and builders are being able to access credit.<\/p><p>At a time when bank financing has clearly contracted, DEXTER has emerged and established itself as the leading financial operator in the area, primarily enabling land and asset purchase loans, developer loans and bridging loans in their various forms.<\/p><p>From Mijas to Casares, from Sotogrande to Estepona, from Manilva to Fuengirola or Torremolinos... and of course in Marbella, alternative financing with private capital has acted as a lever and has been the main driving force behind all kinds of residential developments, not just villas and not just in the luxury segment: in fact, in all the tickets that are available on the coast.<\/p><p>The company's president, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, stresses that \"Marbella has established itself not only as a destination for luxury tourism but also as a purely residential area, a place to live for numerous businesspeople from other continents and Spaniards who have set up their first residence here.
