In areas such as Marbella, M\u00e1laga city, Estepona, Benahav\u00eds and Benalm\u00e1dena the numbers of foreign buyers, especially from Northern Europe, the UK, Arab countries and the USA, are expected to remain very high, and this high foreign demand offers security of return for property investors, both in sales and rentals.
