Alternative financing with private capital is here to stay. It is occupying a substantial part of the space traditionally reserved for banking institutions and it is taking advantage of it: it is being taken advantage of by the entrepreneurs who are resorting to it with success and continuity.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In effect, this is not so much a substitute but rather a complementary form of financing, which is ultimately broadening the range of products offered by traditional banks and helping to facilitate the growth of the business fabric itself.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In the case of <em>DEXTER<\/em>as its president, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, points out, <em>\"We provide financing to start-ups or companies in growth stages, but also more and more our vocation is in parallel to help restructuring, and assuming more risk than traditional institutions; we go further by helping to catalyse innovation and entrepreneurship.<\/em>.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One of the differentiating factors of alternative financing is flexibility and agility in decision-making processes. <em>\"We respond quickly to changing market needs and offer customised solutions\".<\/em>Ramirez stresses.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Entrepreneurs are naturally appreciating the fact that companies such as <em>DEXTER<\/em> are making it possible to provide credit to firms in stressful situations where banks tend to withdraw and not absorb risk, especially in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 obedece el auge de la financiaci\u00f3n con capital privado a nivel mundial?
