The Spanish economy is going through a difficult economic situation, but especially the present and future opportunities: \"when there is considerable legal certainty and an extraordinary quality of life, one must think that this is an incentive, a stimulus, and that it will guarantee the interest of investors in a country like ours\".<\/p>

During the conversation, the CEO of DEXTER reviewed the company's areas of activity, with an emphasis on the real estate sector: \"we work residential, hotel, logistics, industrial and commercial; we actually cover the whole arc, and at the moment we are already feeling how it accompanies the reactivation of tourism; in the hardest moments of the pandemic, hotel and residential were almost completely paralysed, I would say even above 90%; but in this second half of 2021 operations are being reactivated very strongly, especially in 4 and 5 star hotels\".\u00a0<\/p>

He also pointed out that the economic upturn is leading not only to the development of new business operations, but also to the development of a new <\/span>purchase and sale, but also the refurbishment and improvement of facilities.<\/span><\/p>
