The urgency of restoring normality to all aspects of our lives in the wake of the covid-19 health crisis (which has not yet been definitively quelled) has led us as a society to work towards economic recovery. But we cannot forget that there is another equally decisive recomposition, which is the emotional one, and in which there is surely still a long and complex road ahead.<\/p>

Whether families can continue to enjoy an acceptable level of well-being, whether companies can continue to build a solid productive fabric, whether entrepreneurs can have the raw materials to realise their dreams, inevitably depends on financing. It is the key to ensuring that buildings remain standing.<\/p>

With traditional institutions subject to very restrictive controls on financing, private banking and private equity finance management are emerging as a real driver of entrepreneurial momentum. In Germany, it currently accounts for almost 50% of total business financing, is driving development and meeting the most pressing needs for growth.\u00a0<\/p>

Those of us who have accumulated almost two decades of experience as financial managers and intermediaries are fully aware that this tool, which in the past could have been seen as a last resort, is now one more in the search for the lungs for the most diverse projects.<\/p>

At DEXTER Global Finance we believe in Spain and we believe in our promoters. We operate throughout Europe and on the other side of the Atlantic in realities that certainly excite us. But we are fully convinced that the here and now is essential to fill with muscle and energy sectors such as, for example, real estate. And there is no doubt that this sector is, and will continue to be, at a sweet moment, once again, on the Mediterranean coast and in enclaves such as the Region of Murcia.<\/p>

In this final stretch of 2021 we are contributing, with tremendous satisfaction, to the fact that in cities or on the coast, in residential or commercial areas, initiatives are being promoted, in some cases with a new imprint, and in others that had been paralysed as a result of the pandemic and have been resumed in order to be completed.<\/p>

It is up to each and every one of us to make the economic comeback. It is not a slogan: it is reality. On our attitudes, on our ambitions, on our energies and our balances and our strengths, on the predisposition to be - more than ever - especially positive, constructive. Shall we start?<\/p>
