We recently learned, with data from the consultancy firm Cushman &amp; Wakefield, that 91% of real estate investment in Spain is of foreign origin. And this, insofar as Spanish investors <em>\"They are comfortable with buying properties of between 10 and 20 million euros.<\/em>The large international fund managers have a lot of liquidity and are looking for large deals to maximise efficiency: <em>\"there are funds that no longer consider investments of less than 80 million euros\".<\/em>.<\/p><p>In fact, it is expected that investment in all segments of the sector could exceed 12.5 billion euros this year.
