Its dean, Francisco Sarabia, has emphasised the <em>\"high level\".<\/em> of the proposals that have been submitted, congratulating the award winners for <em>\"their constant striving to improve the quality of the buildings and the cities we live in\".<\/em>.<\/p><p>From the risk department of <em>DEXTER<\/em>Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro stated that <em>\"It is a pleasure for us to work with and have as clients some of the most important architectural firms in Spain\".<\/em>.
