Since the beginning of the post-pandemic recovery two years ago, private capital has been offered and continues to be offered as the financing alternative and part of the solution to the crisis that we are avoiding entering, mainly in the West, beyond the serious energy problem and, of course, the conflict in Ukraine and its consequences.<\/p>

It is clear that debt and equity investors have a large volume of funds available to play a key role in this recovery, which is presented as a task always unfinished or with milestones to be reached. DEXTER<\/em> represents more than thirty of these international funds in Spain, which have a constant appetite to intervene in financial operations in Spain, especially in cities of more than 100,000 inhabitants and provincial capitals and along the entire coastline, with a preference for the Mediterranean.<\/p>

As several experts have recently pointed out, an analysis of the Spanish business fabric shows that there are many well-managed firms, but there are other family firms that have grown without an organised and structured strategy. Today, this management is being professionalised in those companies that are opening their focus and looking beyond traditional banking to alternative financing, and to the role of leading financial managers and intermediaries, such as DEXTER<\/em>.<\/p>

From the Risk Department, Jos\u00e9 Enrique Chasserot, corroborates that \"There is a recurring client profile which is the entrepreneur who has received the inheritance and therefore has taken over from his father and his family and is expanding the toolbox to finance himself; he masters the financial area of his company in a more methodical, more modern way, and is discovering the enormous advantages, starting with the speed and efficiency in the provision of capital from alternative financing\".<\/em>concluded the DEXTER<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
