Just a few days ago, the headline was clear: Madrid and M\u00e1laga, with property prices closer to 2007 highs. The latest statistics reveal, in fact, that both markets are important poles of activity - the most powerful in Spain - due to the dynamism of their labour and tourist markets, experiencing strong demand after the pandemic that continues to spike upwards.\u00a0<\/p>

The data are from TINSA<\/i>The results of the survey show the high demand for residential property in the two capitals, with purchases being encouraged by both nationals and foreign citizens and companies. So much so that there are experts who speak of a certain risk of 'overheating' of prices for the end buyer. But there is another side to the coin, and that is the extraordinary niche that developers and builders are finding for their business development, and entrepreneurs in general who are seeing how their real estate projects have an extraordinary commercial impact and can go ahead in short timeframes and deadlines.<\/p>
