DEXTER<\/em>the leading company in alternative financing with private capital, continues its process of growth and expansion throughout Spain. Following the success of its 1st Financial Convention on 30 March in Marbella, which was attended by more than 350 entrepreneurs, its next event will be held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on 18 May, starting at 9.00 am.<\/p>\n

At that time, the Real Casino of the capital of Tenerife will host an informative breakfast-colloquium in which the company will offer its main products and services, mainly those related to real estate financing and other strategic economic sectors in the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n

The company's chief executive, Yeidy Ramirez, has pointed out that \"The two archipelagos, both the Balearic and Canary Islands, are going through an exceptional moment from an economic point of view. There are numerous successful business projects and initiatives that need a boost through capital. And that is where we come in to make it possible and contribute to their development quickly, with immediacy\".<\/em>. To which he added that \"In both cases there is a very strong presence of foreign businessmen and clients, who are greatly boosting the economy, especially those linked to sectors such as residential real estate, hotels and, of course, tourism\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n

 The informative breakfast-colloquium will start at 9.00 a.m. and is expected to be attended by more than 250 entrepreneurs. The event, which will be hosted by the journalist Gonzalo Casta\u00f1eda and will include the presentation of several corporate videos from DEXTER<\/em>The speakers will include the firm's president, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez; its vice-president, Alfonso Merlos; the president of CEOE-Tenerife, Pedro Alfonso; and the president of FEPECO, \u00d3scar Izquierdo.<\/p>\n

 Many of the attendees come from the development and construction sectors, and will be connected to the Provincial Federation of Construction Entities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, FEPECO. Its head, Oscar Izquierdo, said \"This is yet another opportunity to obtain the financing that the business fabric of the construction industry needs, so that, with its potential, it can continue to lead and drive the Canarian economy like a locomotive, because without construction there is no life; it is the driving force behind economic growth and, consequently, social development. To achieve this, we must be assured of rapid, secure and guaranteed financing\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Alternative financing continues to consolidate itself as an extra-bank model through which companies are gaining access to credit at times when traditional banks are shrinking. This is making possible, among others, bridge loans, loans to buy land and assets or loans to developers, which are allowing the promotion of real estate developments that have not started or that, partially developed, need capital to be completed.<\/p>\n
