In the last two to three years, Malaga has emerged as one of the most attractive capitals for investors in Spain. Not only the city, but especially the whole of the Costa del Sol. And not only in the purely residential sphere, but also in the logistics, commercial and, of course, hotel sectors... and, in general, in the development of business in multiple sectors.<\/span><\/p>

This dynamism is reflected in the number of home sales and purchases. In the first five months of 2023 alone, more than 15,300 homes were sold in the province, a figure only surpassed by Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante and Valencia. More than 3,000 of these were new builds, and more than 12,000 were second hand, according to data from the real estate consultancy 'Activum Real Estate'.<\/span><\/p>

Malaga's growth has been steady since 2018. It is not that demand is stable, but rather that it is on the rise in the region. This is confirmed by the Commercial Department of DEXTER<\/em>The project has been launched by its head, Guillermo D\u00edaz: \"When analysing a financial operation, especially a loan to the developer but also a loan to buy land or assets, there is obviously a fundamental point, which is the visibility of the repayment by the applicant; and there is no doubt that in a real estate project, sales are fundamental.
