Las promotoras y socimis espa\u00f1olas han dado fe de ello, ya que los n\u00fameros hasta julio (primer semestre de este 2023) no han sido f\u00e1ciles.<\/span><\/p><p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sin embargo, no parece prudente, de acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis general del mercado, encender luz alguna de alarma. Las promotoras, en concreto, y del m\u00e1s diverso tama\u00f1o, siguen viendo c\u00f3mo se recupera el ritmo normal de salida de promociones de obra nueva, ralentizado desde la pandemia. Y, especialmente en las zonas del litoral mediterr\u00e1neo, a una marcha elevad\u00edsima. <\/span><\/p><p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A diferencia de la crisis inmobiliaria de hace 15 a\u00f1os, hay consenso igualmente en establecer que los cimientos del sector son hoy s\u00f3lidos. Eso significa que hay un cierto blindaje ante eventuales dificultades econ\u00f3micas, y que, en definitiva, hay m\u00fasculo para sortear una hipot\u00e9tica crisis sectorial. <\/span><\/p><p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El balance que hace el Analista Principal de Riesgos de <em>DEXTER<\/em>, Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro, es meridiano: <em>\u201cvemos que hay una solidez en el mercado. De un lado, una demanda del comprador final que en gran medida est\u00e1 soportada sobre recursos propios, sobre ahorros, y no s\u00f3lo en el caso del comprador extranjero. Spanish developers and socimis have attested to this, as the numbers up to July (first half of this year 2023) have not been easy.<br \/>However, it does not seem prudent, according to the general analysis of the market, to sound the alarm bells. Developers, in particular, and of the most diverse sizes, continue to see how the normal pace of new-build developments, which has slowed down since the pandemic, is recovering. And, especially in the Mediterranean coastal areas, at a very high rate. <br \/>In contrast to the real estate crisis of 15 years ago, there is also a consensus that the foundations of the sector are solid today. This means that there is a certain degree of protection against possible economic difficulties, and that, in short, there is muscle to overcome a hypothetical crisis in the sector. <br \/>DEXTER Senior Risk Analyst Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro&#8217;s assessment is clear: \u00abWe see that the market is solid.
