<\/span>Es un hecho estad\u00edstico que en M\u00e1laga se venden ya m\u00e1s casas de obra nueva que en toda la ciudad de Barcelona, segunda capital de Espa\u00f1a. El optimismo que se respira no s\u00f3lo en la ciudad sino en toda la provincia, en toda la Costa del Sol, es palpable. Solamente hoy Madrid despierta m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s entre los compradores.<\/p>

En general, y seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo informe residencial de Colliers, entre enero y junio se vendieron 16.766 viviendas, una cifra que supone un fuerte crecimiento respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior (64,6%), pero tambi\u00e9n respecto al semestre anterior (13%). Las transacciones de segunda mano se han disparado un 73% y las de obra nueva, un 39%. Todas estas cifras y porcentajes demuestran la fortaleza del mercado residencial en M\u00e1laga.\u00a0<\/p>

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de elementos estructurales y muy positivos como el clima, la mirada est\u00e1 puesta adem\u00e1s en el hecho de que M\u00e1laga es vista como una ciudad tecnol\u00f3gica y, en consecuencia, como el destino tanto de compa\u00f1\u00edas nacionales e internacionales como de trabajadores cualificados y altos directivos. El teletrabajo y su normalizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n haciendo el resto para que el inter\u00e9s como destino de primera residencia (no exclusivamente tur\u00edstico) sea hoy tan fuerte.<\/p>

En los \u00faltimos tiempos han puesto su pie en la provincia grandes multinacionales digitales como Google, TDK o Vodafone y las lanzaderas, aceleradoras e incubadoras de ‘startups’ que han elegido la ciudad como centro de operaciones. El momento no puede ser m\u00e1s dulce.<\/p>

It is a statistical fact that more new-build houses are already being sold in Malaga than in the entire city of Barcelona, the second capital of Spain. The optimism that is breathed not only in the city but in the entire province, throughout the Costa del Sol, is palpable. Only today Madrid arouses more interest among buyers.<\/p>

In general, and according to the latest Colliers residential report, between January and June 16,766 homes were sold, a figure that represents strong growth compared to the same period of the previous year (64.6%), but also compared to the previous semester (13 %).
