La urgencia de devolver la normalidad a todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas tras la crisis sanitaria del covid-19 (a\u00fan sin sofocar definitivamente) nos orienta como sociedad a empe\u00f1arnos en el trabajo para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Pero no podemos olvidar que hay otra recomposici\u00f3n igualmente determinante, que es la emocional y en la que seguramente quede todav\u00eda un largo y complejo camino por transitar.<\/p>

Que las familias puedan seguir disfrutando de un nivel aceptable de bienestar, que las empresas puedan seguir construyendo un tejido productivo s\u00f3lido, que los emprendedores puedan disponer de materia prima para consumar sus sue\u00f1os depende inevitablemente de la financiaci\u00f3n. Es la clave que ha de conseguir que los edificios se mantengan en pie.<\/p>

Con las entidades tradicionales sujetas a unos controles muy restrictivos respecto a la financiaci\u00f3n, la Banca privada y la gesti\u00f3n financiera de capital privado aparecen como verdadero motor del impulso empresarial. En la actualidad, en Alemania supone casi el 50% de la financiaci\u00f3n total de las empresas, est\u00e1 impulsando el desarrollo y cubriendo las necesidades m\u00e1s perentorias para el crecimiento.\u00a0<\/p>

Quienes acumulamos casi dos d\u00e9cadas de experiencia como gestores e intermediarios financieros somos plenamente conscientes de que esta herramienta, que pod\u00eda ser contemplada en tiempos pret\u00e9ritos como un \u00faltimo recurso, ahora es una m\u00e1s en el prop\u00f3sito de buscar el pulm\u00f3n para los m\u00e1s diversos proyectos.<\/p>

En esta recta final de 2021 estamos contribuyendo, con tremenda satisfacci\u00f3n, a que en ciudades o en el litoral, en el residencial o en el comercial, se impulsen iniciativas en algunos casos de nueva impronta y, en otros, que como consecuencia de la pandemia hab\u00edan quedado paralizadas y se han reanudado para ser culminadas.<\/p>

El hecho de llevar a cabo la remontada econ\u00f3mica depende de cada uno de nosotros. No es un eslogan: es la realidad. De nuestras actitudes, de nuestras ambiciones, de nuestras energ\u00edas y nuestros equilibrios y nuestras fortalezas, de la predisposici\u00f3n a ser -m\u00e1s que nunca- especialmente positivos, constructivos. \u00bfEmpezamos?<\/p>

The urgency of restoring normalcy to all aspects of our lives after the Covid-19 health crisis (still without definitively suffocating) guides us as a society to commit ourselves to work for economic recovery. But we cannot forget that there is another equally decisive recomposition, which is the emotional one and in which there is surely still a long and complex road to travel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

That families can continue to enjoy an acceptable level of well-being, that companies can continue to build a solid productive fabric, that entrepreneurs can have raw material to fulfill their dreams, inevitably dependent on financing. It is the key that has to keep the buildings standing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With traditional entities subject to very restrictive controls regarding financing, private banking and the financial management of private capital appear as the true engine of business drive. At present, in Germany it accounts for almost 50% of the total financing of companies, it is promoting development and meeting the most pressing needs for growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Those of us who have accumulated almost two decades of experience as managers and financial intermediaries are aware that this tool, which could be considered in ancient times as a last resort, is now one more in the purpose of finding the lung for the most diverse projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At DEXTER Global Finance we believe in Spain and we believe in our promoters. We operate in the whole of Europe and on the other side of the Atlantic in realities that certainly excite us. But we are fully convinced that the here and now is essential to fill sectors such as real estate with muscle and energy. And there is no doubt that this is and will be found in a sweet moment, again, on the Mediterranean coast and in enclaves such as the Region of Murcia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this final stretch of 2021 we are contributing, with tremendous satisfaction, to the fact that in cities or on the coast, in residential or commercial areas, initiatives are promoted in some cases of new printing and, in others, that as a consequence of the pandemic they were paralyzed and have been resumed to be completed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The fact of carrying out the economic comeback dependent on each one of us. It is not a slogan: it is reality. Of our attitudes, of our ambitions, of our energies and our balances and our strengths, of the predisposition to be -more than ever- specially positive and constructive.
