Inmobiliarias y constructoras copaban el 30% de las sociedades mercantiles creadas en junio. Es un hecho que los analistas no atisban una crisis en el inmobiliario y hablan de \u201cnormalizaci\u00f3n\u201d tras el auge vivido durante la pandemia, fundamentalmente en 2021 y 2022. Se habla, en definitiva, de un \u201ccrecimiento equilibrado\u201d.<\/p><p>Fruto de este apetito por el ladrillo, que adem\u00e1s de un bien de primera necesidad es un valor refugio en situaciones de incertidumbre, es la citada creaci\u00f3n de empresas en un sector que no deja de crecer, seg\u00fan los guarismos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica.\u00a0<\/p><p>Concretamente, el 19% de las sociedades mercantiles creadas antes del verano corresponde al Comercio, y el 18% a Inmobiliarias, financieras y seguros, mientras que en tercera posici\u00f3n encontramos a las empresas de la construcci\u00f3n con un 13%. Los expertos concluyen, en este sentido, que la demanda de vivienda sigue fuerte porque muchas operaciones se est\u00e1n cerrando sin financiaci\u00f3n, gracias al ahorro acumulado durante la pandemia, y en otros casos est\u00e1 actuando el capital privado, ante la situaci\u00f3n de cierto repliegue de la banca tradicional: ah\u00ed est\u00e1 ampliando su ya espacio grande la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa.<\/p><p>No sorprende en este contexto que varias cadenas de inmobiliarias est\u00e9n robusteciendo su red comercial durante estos meses. Es el caso de Solvia, que se encamina hacia la apertura de 100 tiendas f\u00edsicas repartidas por toda Espa\u00f1a. Por su parte, en Tecnocasa, que cuenta actualmente con m\u00e1s de 850 puntos de venta franquiciados en Espa\u00f1a, el objetivo pasa por superar las 900 oficinas este a\u00f1o y llegar a las 1.000 en 2024.\u00a0<\/p><p>El Analista Principal de Riesgos de DEXTER, Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro subraya en este marco que \u201cuno de los puntos que est\u00e1 facilitando la financiaci\u00f3n v\u00eda fondos de inversi\u00f3n es que estamos viendo muy clara la amortizaci\u00f3n de las operaciones. Esto, en financiaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria significa que estamos viendo que hay fuerza comercial en las promociones, que hay demanda, y sobre todo que esa salida el empresario la tiene con rapidez. Real estate and construction companies accounted for 30% of the mercantile companies created in June. The experts conclude, in this sense, that the demand for housing remains strong because many operations are being closed without financing, thanks to the savings accumulated during the pandemic, and in other cases private capital is acting, given the situation of a certain withdrawal of traditional banking: alternative financing is expanding its already large space there.<\/p><p>It is not surprising in this context that several real estate chains are strengthening their commercial network during these months.&nbsp;<\/p><p>This is the case of Solvia, which is on the way to opening 100 physical stores throughout Spain.
