Acumulaban una cartera de preventas de m\u00e1s de 14.200 unidades y estimaban, al mismo tiempo, que los precios seguir\u00edan al alza por la alta demanda. En definitiva, las grandes promotoras tienen asegurada razonablemente para los pr\u00f3ximos meses la entrada de capital estable para sus negocios. Pero, \u00bfes la misma situaci\u00f3n para otros empresarios de menor envergadura y facturaci\u00f3n?<\/p><p>Es verdad que Espa\u00f1a se ve como un lugar seguro para invertir desde el punto de vista jur\u00eddico y econ\u00f3mico, y las nacionalidades de los compradores se han diversificado, y siguen suponiendo un porcentaje creciente. Pero no todos los promotores disponen de capital en el momento en el que no han podido arrancar a\u00fan la obra y no disponen de reservas, de contratos de compra.<\/p><p>DEXTER, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha convertido en una corporaci\u00f3n financiera de referencia al hacer posible el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n de promotores y constructores, incluso no existiendo pre-ventas en sus promociones. But not all developers have the capital at their disposal at the time when they have not yet been able to start the work and do not have any reserves or purchase contracts.<\/p>\n<p>DEXTER, in recent years, has become a financial corporation of reference by making it possible for developers and builders to access financing, even when there are no pre-sales in their promotions.
