Hay tendencias que son perfectamente reconocibles. Es el caso de la que viene marcando, en el mercado espa\u00f1ol y europeo, la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa. En concreto, y en el sector inmobiliario representa ya el 10% en esa Europa continental, bien es cierto que muy por debajo todav\u00eda del mercado anglosaj\u00f3n.<\/p>

El hecho es que se espera que en los pr\u00f3ximos meses y a\u00f1os siga \u2018picando\u2019 hacia arriba, en parte debido a la mayor rigidez de la financiaci\u00f3n bancaria y la propia apuesta de la banca tradicional por l\u00edneas de negocio diferentes a las derivadas de la concesi\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito a las empresas. Esto, debido tambi\u00e9n a que en el mercado propiamente inmobiliario estamos asistiendo a una ampliaci\u00f3n de los tipos de activos, motivada esta ampliaci\u00f3n y diversificaci\u00f3n por el cambio en el modo de vida de muchos ciudadanos en el escenario post-pandemia.<\/p>

En general, los expertos en todo el continente vaticinan el buen momento que queda por delante a los fondos de inversi\u00f3n y fondos deuda para hacer posible, mediante la aportaci\u00f3n de capital, el desarrollo de todo tipo de proyectos empresariales, de manera muy inmediata y tangible en el \u00e1mbito inmobiliario.<\/p>

There are trends that are perfectly recognisable. This is the case of alternative financing in the Spanish and European markets. Specifically, and in the real estate sector, it already represents 10% in continental Europe, although it is true that it is still far below the Anglo-Saxon market.<\/p>\n

The fact is that in the coming months and years it is expected to continue to ‘bite’ upwards, partly due to the greater rigidity of bank financing and the traditional banks’ own commitment to lines of business other than those derived from the granting of credit to companies. This is also due to the fact that in the real estate market itself we are witnessing a broadening of asset classes, this broadening and diversification motivated by the change in the way of life of many citizens in the post-pandemic scenario.<\/p>\n

In general, experts across the continent are predicting a good time ahead for investment funds and debt funds to make possible, through the provision of capital, the development of all types of business projects, in a very immediate and tangible way in the real estate field.<\/p>
