Junto a esas ganancias altas, se encuentra con otro beneficio que no es precisamente menor: los empresarios que se embarcan en una inversi\u00f3n de estas caracter\u00edsticas pueden tener el control total del proceso, y adaptarlo a sus preferencias individuales y se ha convertido precisamente en una apuesta para quienes diversifican y se mueven en el sector inmobiliario con una cartera diversificada. La pregunta es: \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacer cu\u00e1ndo falta financiaci\u00f3n?<\/p><p>DEXTER se ha convertido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en especialista en financiaci\u00f3n para compra y reforma de activos que, con posterioridad, son comercializados. Y \u00e9sa es la forma de salida del pr\u00e9stamo, de amortizaci\u00f3n. The question is: what to do when financing is lacking?<\/p><p>In recent years, DEXTER has become a specialist in financing for the purchase and renovation of assets that are subsequently marketed. And that is the way out of the loan, amortization.
