DEXTER contin\u00faa adelante con su estrategia de tejer alianzas con las principales organizaciones empresariales y patronales de Espa\u00f1a, en todas sus Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas. En este marco, el vicepresidente de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Alfonso Merlos ha mantenido una muy positiva reuni\u00f3n de trabajo este jueves 8 de febrero en el Club Financiero G\u00e9nova de Madrid con Javier Cabrera, presidente del C\u00edrculo de Empresarios y Profesionales del Sur de Tenerife, una zona de una extraordinaria pujanza desde el punto de vista econ\u00f3mico, en especial en su \u00e1rea de promoci\u00f3n inmobiliaria, residencial y hotelera, incluyendo el segmento del lujo.<\/p>

Especialmente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, DEXTER ha hecho posible la financiaci\u00f3n de numerosos proyectos empresariales en la isla, con mayor intensidad en el caso de promotores y constructores, en operaciones en muchos casos de pr\u00e9stamo con garant\u00eda hipotecaria. Alfonso Merlos ha se\u00f1alado en este sentido que \u201ces una gran noticia constatar que la presencia tan fuerte y de tanta notoriedad de nuestra marca en las Islas Canarias, en general, y en Tenerife, en particular, se traduce en un incremento exponencial del n\u00famero de operaciones que estamos viabilizando, trimestre a trimestre: nos estamos encontrando un tejido empresarial muy receptivo a las ventajas del capital privado para dinamizar la econom\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>

Por su parte, Javier Cabrera ha apuntado que \u201cintercambiar impresiones y buscar l\u00edneas de trabajo conjunto con un operador financiero de primer nivel nacional e internacional como DEXTER es para nosotros muy importante, en la medida en que el C\u00edrculo tiene como objetivo fundamental la promoci\u00f3n, el fomento y la gesti\u00f3n a todos los niveles de todas las actividades empresariales y profesionales que se desarrollan en nuestro \u00e1mbito territorial: pensamos que hay mucho camino por delante\u201d.<\/p>

El pasado mayo de 2023 DEXTER ya llev\u00f3 a cabo una presentaci\u00f3n ante la plana mayor de los promotores y constructores en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, en un evento que congreg\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 200 empresarios de todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos, en el casino de la capital.<\/p>

DEXTER continues to move forward with its strategy of weaving alliances with the main business and employers’ organisations in Spain, in all its Autonomous Communities. In this context, the company’s Vice President, Alfonso Merlos, held a very positive working meeting on Thursday, February 8 at the Club Financiero G\u00e9nova in Madrid with Javier Cabrera, President of the C\u00edrculo de Empresarios y Profesionales del Sur de Tenerife, an area of extraordinary economic strength, especially in the area of real estate, residential and hotel development, including the luxury segment.<\/p>\n

Especially in recent years, DEXTER has made possible the financing of numerous business projects on the island, with greater intensity in the case of developers and builders, in operations in many cases of mortgage-backed loans. Alfonso Merlos pointed out in this regard that \u00abit is great news to see that the strong presence and notoriety of our brand in the Canary Islands, in general, and in Tenerife, in particular, translates into an exponential increase in the number of operations that we are making viable, quarter after quarter: we are finding a business fabric that is very receptive to the advantages of private capital to boost the economy\u00bb.<\/p>\n

For his part, Javier Cabrera pointed out that \u00abexchanging impressions and seeking lines of joint work with a leading national and international financial operator such as DEXTER is very important for us, insofar as the Circle’s main objective is to promote, foster and manage at all levels all the business and professional activities that take place in our region: we believe that there is a long road ahead of us\u00bb.<\/div>
