Estamos poniendo mucho empe\u00f1o en este primer trimestre del a\u00f1o en seguir con fuerza en Valencia, Alicante y Madrid, adem\u00e1s de la Costa del Sol; en realidad, en todo el arco mediterr\u00e1neo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"white-space:pre\">\t<\/span>Durante la entrevista, se ha repasado la imagen internacional de Espa\u00f1a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les estamos haciendo ver a los fondos internacionales que es muy interesante invertir en Espa\u00f1a en el sector inmobiliario y, en este momento, lo tienen francamente claro<\/p>\n<p>En el sector de la promoci\u00f3n inmobiliaria hay un relevo generacional. Y los nuevos CEOS de esas compa\u00f1\u00edas est\u00e1n siendo muy receptivos a la financiaci\u00f3n con capital privado<\/p>\n<p>No solo financiamos operaciones inmobiliarias: somos r\u00e1pidos, transparentes, seguros, asesoramos y somos un aliado del cliente. Y los promotores y constructores lo est\u00e1n viendo<\/p>\n<p>En el sector hotelero, Benidorm est\u00e1 en primera l\u00ednea para las inversiones, para la modernizaci\u00f3n de todo el sector en el escenario post COVID19<\/p>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 dejando de tener una dependencia alta de la financiaci\u00f3n tradicional bancaria.
