El \u00faltimo tramo de 2023 nos depara claras tendencias en el mercado inmobiliario: los agentes de la propiedad, de un lado, se encuentran enormemente activos; los perfiles de los compradores se hacen m\u00e1s maduros y, a\u00fan as\u00ed, cabe el margen de negociaci\u00f3n en todos los planos de las operaciones, seg\u00fan acreditan de forma pr\u00e1cticamente un\u00e1nime los expertos del sector.\u00a0<\/p>

<\/span>En concreto, la promotora \u2018Taylor Wimpey\u2019, con gran experiencia y trayectoria acreditada, entiende que compradores y vendedores buscan la relativa tranquilidad de esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o para gestionar sus movimientos y, en una medida considerable, buscar zonas de costa.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>Hay una percepci\u00f3n sostenida, adem\u00e1s desde esta firma, de que la costa mediterr\u00e1nea, cada d\u00eda en m\u00e1s provincias y en m\u00e1s puntos tur\u00edsticos de calidad, se ha convertido tal vez en la zona de m\u00e1s valor y standard de vida, con la Costa del Sol, la Costa Blanca y Baleares a la cabeza: combinaci\u00f3n perfecta de golf y mar en muchos de los casos.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>Desde el Departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio de DEXTER, Guillermo D\u00edaz asegura que \u201chemos notado, probablemente este 2023 con mayor intensidad que en 2022, que llegado el \u00faltimo tramo del a\u00f1o se reactivan inversores, compradores, promotores\u2026 la actividad y dir\u00edase que hasta el activismo en el sector inmobiliario se encuentra en un momento \u00e1lgido. Y esos operadores, en el caso de los empresarios, saben que el capital privado, y la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa a trav\u00e9s del mismo, es una f\u00f3rmula ganadora para imprimir agilidad y velocidad\u201d, concluye D\u00edaz.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The final stretch of 2023 holds clear trends in the real estate market: property agents, on the one hand, are extremely active; buyer profiles are becoming more mature and, even so, there is still room for negotiation at all levels of transactions, according to almost unanimous industry experts. <\/p>\n

\t<\/span>Specifically, the developer ‘Taylor Wimpey’, with extensive experience and proven track record, understands that buyers and sellers are looking for the relative tranquillity of this time of year to manage their movements and, to a considerable extent, to look for coastal areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

\t<\/span>There is a sustained perception, also from this firm, that the Mediterranean coast, every day in more provinces and in more quality tourist spots, has become perhaps the area with the highest value and standard of living, with the Costa del Sol, the Costa Blanca and the Balearic Islands leading the way: a perfect combination of golf and sea in many cases.<\/span><\/p>

\t<\/span>From DEXTER’s Business Development Department, Guillermo D\u00edaz assures that \u00abwe have noticed, probably more intensely in 2023 than in 2022, that in the last part of the year investors, buyers, developers… activity and even activism in the real estate sector is at a peak.
