En su l\u00ednea de crecimiento y expansi\u00f3n, en todas las \u00e1reas y sectores, DEXTER ha dado un nuevo paso creando un \u2018Comit\u00e9 de Hoteles y Hospitality\u2019, con el objetivo de imprimir un mayor impulso a una l\u00ednea de negocio en la que la compa\u00f1\u00eda ya ven\u00eda operando en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, fundamentalmente ofreciendo financiaci\u00f3n con capital privado a empresarios del sector hotelero.<\/p>

Junto a la presidenta, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, y el vicepresidente, Alfonso Merlos, pasan a integrar este nuevo \u00f3rgano de la compa\u00f1\u00eda Domingo Hidalgo, responsable del \u00c1rea Hotelera de DEXTER; Jorge Garm\u00f3n, fundador y CEO de \u2018New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group\u2019, con 35 a\u00f1os de experiencia en adquisiciones y promoci\u00f3n de desarrollos inmobiliarios en Espa\u00f1a o pa\u00edses como Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Canad\u00e1, y enfocado en el reposicionamiento y adquisici\u00f3n de hoteles de alta gama a nivel mundial con grandes marcas hoteleras prime; Natalia Carina Santos, COO de \u2018New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group\u2019, con un gran conocimiento y dominio de la expansi\u00f3n de negocio en el norte de \u00c1frica; y Antonio Pages, socio director en \u2018New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group\u2019, con m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os como asesor e inversor en proyectos inmobiliarios.<\/p>

La presidenta de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, en el marco de una reuni\u00f3n celebrada en el Club Financiero G\u00e9nova, en Madrid, ha se\u00f1alado que \u201chemos considerado necesario, poniendo el colof\u00f3n a este 2023, dotar de una estructura m\u00e1s robusta a un \u00e1rea tan importante para la compa\u00f1\u00eda. De un lado, incorporamos ejecutivos y colaboradores de primer nivel, con gran experiencia y un nivel alt\u00edsimo de especializaci\u00f3n y dominio del sector. De otro lado hacemos el puente con las marcas prime a nivel mundial del sector hotelero. Es sin duda un elemento generador de enorme confianza y solidez para nuestros fondos. In its line of growth and expansion in all areas and sectors, DEXTER has taken a new step by creating a ‘Hotels and Hospitality Committee’, with the aim of giving greater impetus to a line of business in which the company had already been operating for the last five years, mainly by offering private equity financing to entrepreneurs in the hotel sector.<\/p>

Along with the president, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, and the vice-president, Alfonso Merlos, the new members of this new body of the company are Domingo Hidalgo, head of the Hotel Area of DEXTER; Jorge Garm\u00f3n, founder and CEO of ‘New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group’, with 35 years of experience in acquisitions and promotion of real estate developments in Spain or countries such as the Dominican Republic and Canada, and focused on the repositioning and acquisition of high-end hotels worldwide with large prime hotel brands; Natalia Carina Santos, COO of ‘New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group’, with a great knowledge and mastery of business expansion in North Africa; and Antonio Pages, managing partner at ‘New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group’, with more than twenty years as a consultant and investor in real estate projects.<\/p>
