Adem\u00e1s, se ha sumado la incertidumbre creada por el conflicto entre Israel y la organizaci\u00f3n terrorista Ham\u00e1s. Los alquileres de pisos, la log\u00edstica y las oficinas son los m\u00e1s afectados, aunque las perspectivas son ciertamente alentadoras. Especialmente el residencial sigue siendo el pilar de unos inversores que tendr\u00e1n que prestar atenci\u00f3n ahora a diversos factores.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis de \u2018BNP Paribas\u2019, los mercados inmobiliarios europeos seguir\u00e1n adapt\u00e1ndose al nuevo entorno econ\u00f3mico del Viejo Continente, caracterizado sobre todo por un acceso al cr\u00e9dito mucho m\u00e1s restrictivo que en el pasado. En realidad, el segmento en el que se sigue apreciando un cambio rotundo de tendencia sigue siendo el de oficinas: las incertidumbres que lo rodearon durante la pandemia de covid-19 est\u00e1n m\u00e1s presentes que nunca. La contracci\u00f3n iniciada en Estados Unidos se ha extendido tambi\u00e9n a Europa, y los inversores tratan de deducir el futuro a trav\u00e9s de las estrategias empresariales. In addition, there has been the uncertainty created by the conflict between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organisation. Flat rentals, logistics and offices are the most affected, although the outlook is certainly encouraging. Residential in particular remains the mainstay of investors who will now have to pay attention to a number of factors.<\/p><p>According to the BNP Paribas analysis, European real estate markets will continue to adapt to the new economic environment on the Old Continent, characterised above all by much tighter access to credit than in the past. In fact, the segment in which we are still seeing a complete reversal of trend is still the office segment: the uncertainties that surrounded it during the covid-19 pandemic are more present than ever. The contraction that started in the US has also spread to Europe, and investors are trying to deduce the future through corporate strategies.
