La presidenta de DEXTER, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez ha estado en Onda Cero Marbella, en el programa M\u00e1s de Uno haciendo balance del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, al que se ha puesto colof\u00f3n con el reconocimiento de su liderazgo en Londres, capital financiera de Europa, en una entrega de premios a finales de este mes de noviembre.<\/p>

La primera ejecutiva de la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha manifestado que Marbella, desde el punto de vista inmobiliario y financiero, se encuentra en un momento excepcional, y que \u201cen este 2024 la Costa del Sol va a ser una de nuestras prioridades en las operaciones de financiaci\u00f3n alternativa con capital privado, con un n\u00famero de fondos de inversi\u00f3n y fondos deuda que se incorporan a nuestra cartera de gesti\u00f3n e intermediaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>

Yeidy Ram\u00edrez ha se\u00f1alado que, dada la proyecci\u00f3n internacional de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, es muy importante conservar sus ra\u00edces; y en este sentido ha comentado que en el Mediterr\u00e1neo se dan todos los ingredientes, especialmente en el sector residencial, pero tambi\u00e9n en otros como el hotelero, para que DEXTER siga concentrando en \u00e1reas de costa buena parte de su actividad financiera, con poco riesgo y una enorme rentabilidad.<\/p>

The president of DEXTER, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez has been on Onda Cero Marbella, in the programme M\u00e1s de Uno taking stock of the company’s last year, which has been crowned with the recognition of its leadership in London, the financial capital of Europe, at an awards ceremony at the end of November.<\/p>\n

The company’s chief executive stated that Marbella, from a real estate and financial point of view, is at an exceptional moment, and that \u00abin 2024 the Costa del Sol is going to be one of our priorities in alternative financing operations with private capital, with a number of investment funds and debt funds joining our management and intermediation portfolio\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Yeidy Ram\u00edrez pointed out that, given the international projection of the company, it is very important to preserve its roots; and in this sense she commented that the Mediterranean has all the ingredients, especially in the residential sector, but also in others such as the hotel sector, so that DEXTER continues to concentrate a large part of its financial activity in coastal areas, with little risk and enormous profitability.<\/p>\n
