Desde el Departamento de An\u00e1lisis de Riesgos de DEXTER, Jos\u00e9 Enrique Chasserot apunta que \u201cen el an\u00e1lisis de las operaciones y en las solicitudes de financiaci\u00f3n vemos claramente la huella no s\u00f3lo del comprador sino del promotor extranjero. Y, sin ninguna duda, en las zonas de costa, tanto en golf como en primera l\u00ednea de playa, tienen un protagonismo especial. Ese componente internacional es el que da gran fuerza comercial a las promociones, especialmente a las residenciales\u201d, concluye Chasserot.<\/p>
