Sin embargo, los promotores han salido adelante y, en gran medida, aupados por el plus de agilidad y eficacia en los procesos de la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa.<\/p><p>En otros pa\u00edses de nuestro entorno, la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa est\u00e1 entre el 40 y el 60% del total en inmobiliario. En Espa\u00f1a cada a\u00f1o se conceden unos 10.000 millones de euros en cr\u00e9dito promotor.<\/p><p>El Analista Principal de Riesgos de DEXTER, Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro, asegura que \u201cla experiencia apunta que los compradores extranjeros est\u00e1n manteniendo muy vivo el sector residencial; y la tendencia es clara: en la medida en que sigue llegando capital fuera de Espa\u00f1a para comprar vivienda, los promotores -con la ayuda del capital privado- se animar\u00e1n a seguir construyendo. However, developers have been able to move forward and, to a large extent, boosted by the added agility and efficiency of alternative financing processes.<\/div><div>In other neighbouring countries, alternative financing accounts for between 40 and 60% of the total for real estate. In Spain, around 10,000 million euros are granted each year in developer credit.<\/div><div>DEXTER&#8217;s Senior Risk Analyst, Rub\u00e9n Mi\u00f1arro, assures that \u00abexperience shows that foreign buyers are keeping the residential sector very much alive; and the trend is clear: as long as capital continues to arrive from outside Spain to buy housing, developers &#8211; with the help of private capital &#8211; will be encouraged to continue building.
