El pr\u00f3ximo 6 de marzo, en \u2018The Pool\u2019 (Marbella) se llevar\u00e1 a cabo a partir de las 5 de la tarde el evento \u201cPropTech and Tokenization in Spain: Opportunities & Challenges\u201d, un encuentro en el que se abordar\u00e1n los retos del mundo de la tecnolog\u00eda inmobiliaria, la tokenizaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a y el panorama estrat\u00e9gico de los bienes ra\u00edces en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>

En \u00e9l tomar\u00e1 parte el vicepresidente de DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, junto a Mois\u00e9s Segura, fundador de Tokeniza y Vicente Ortiz, Executive Managing Director de Vicox. La cita est\u00e1 auspiciada por la plataforma MetaWealth, que ha elegido Espa\u00f1a por ser uno de los mercados inmobiliarios m\u00e1s atractivos de Europa y pondr\u00e1 el foco en la democratizaci\u00f3n de las inversiones, haci\u00e9ndolas accesibles a usuarios con mayor o menor capacidad adquisitiva. Next March 6, in ‘The Pool’ (Marbella) will be held from 5 pm the event \u00abPropTech and Tokenization in Spain: Opportunities & Challenges\u00bb, a meeting in which the challenges of the world of real estate technology, tokenization in Spain and the strategic landscape of real estate in our country will be addressed.<\/p>

DEXTER’s Vice President, Alfonso Merlos, will take part in the event, together with Mois\u00e9s Segura, founder of Tokeniza and Vicente Ortiz, Executive Managing Director of Vicox. The event is sponsored by the MetaWealth platform, which has chosen Spain as one of the most attractive real estate markets in Europe and will focus on the democratization of investments, making them accessible to users with greater or lesser purchasing power.
