En el campo de la financiaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria, y cuando se trata de facilitar la compra de suelo, un obst\u00e1culo claro es que se trata de un activo en el que los plazos de tramitaci\u00f3n administrativa hasta convertirlo en un solar edificable suelen ser largos e incluso imprevisibles.<\/span><\/p><p>Aun as\u00ed, DEXTER hace posible la financiaci\u00f3n hasta de un 50% del precio de compra-venta de suelo finalista, con proyecto y licencia, preparado para construir. In the field of real estate financing, and when it comes to facilitating the purchase of land, a clear obstacle is that it is an asset in which the administrative processing times until it becomes a buildable plot are often long and even unpredictable.<\/span><\/p><p>Even so, DEXTER makes it possible to finance up to 50% of the purchase price of final land, with project and license, ready to build.
