En el sector hotelero sin duda, pero tambi\u00e9n en pujantes como el log\u00edstico. En relaci\u00f3n al sector de las oficinas, se han producido cambios motivados por los propios virajes en el uso de estos espacios en el escenario post-pandemia. Y, en el residencial, la compra constante de vivienda por parte de extranjeros est\u00e1 contribuyendo sobremanera a la estabilizaci\u00f3n y dinamizaci\u00f3n del mercado, no s\u00f3lo en las zonas de costa o en las grandes ciudades.<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>Los fondos de inversi\u00f3n institucionales y los \u2018family offices\u2019 analizan de manera sistem\u00e1tica las m\u00faltiples alternativas de inversi\u00f3n a las que tienen acceso de cara a una asignaci\u00f3n eficiente y responsable de su capital con el que esperan contribuir al desarrollo de una compa\u00f1\u00eda a la par que generar un rendimiento econ\u00f3mico propio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span>En este sentido, y ya durante m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os, DEXTER se ha instituido en l\u00edder en financiaci\u00f3n extrabancaria con capital privado, haciendo de un de sus bastiones precisamente la aportaci\u00f3n de capital a empresarios que operan en el inmobiliario. In the hotel sector without a doubt, but also in booming sectors such as logistics. In relation to the office sector, there have been changes motivated by the changes in the use of these spaces in the post-pandemic scenario. And, in the residential sector, the constant purchase of housing by foreigners is contributing greatly to the stabilization and dynamization of the market, not only in coastal areas or large cities.<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space:pre\">\t<\/span>Institutional investment funds and family offices are systematically analyzing the multiple investment alternatives available to them in order to efficiently and responsibly allocate their capital, with which they hope to contribute to the development of a company while generating their own economic return.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"><span style=\"white-space:pre\">\t<\/span>In this sense, and already for more than five years, DEXTER has become a leader in private equity financing, making one of its strongholds precisely the provision of capital to entrepreneurs operating in real estate.
