La contribuci\u00f3n de DEXTER a la financiaci\u00f3n de vivienda en r\u00e9gimen de cooperativa (autopromoci\u00f3n) ha sido reconocida en el Informe de Gesti\u00f3n que presenta, como balance del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, la Confedereaci\u00f3n de Cooperativas de Vivienda de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>

En concreto, CONCOVI se hace eco en un documento de m\u00e1s de 100 p\u00e1ginas del \u2018Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n\u2019 que alcanz\u00f3 con DEXTER en marzo de 2023, un acuerdo en el que se reconoce la experiencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en la financiaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria y su posici\u00f3n prestigiosa y privilegiada en el sector.<\/p>

De la misma forma, el informe recalca que el acuerdo se estableci\u00f3 sobre la base de que \u201cDEXTER ha manifestado y demostrado su capacidad para atender las necesidades espec\u00edficas de las cooperativas de viviendas y de que la creaci\u00f3n y constituci\u00f3n de este tipo de sociedades no para de crecer\u201d.<\/p>

En la reciente edici\u00f3n de SIMA 2024, el vicepresidente de DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos ha mantenido una reuni\u00f3n distendida con el presidente de CONCOVI, Juan Casares. La presidenta de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez, por su parte ha se\u00f1alado que \u201ces para nosotros un orgullo que, tambi\u00e9n desde el mundo de las cooperativas de vivienda, un sector tan espec\u00edfico, se reconozca el buen hacer y la posici\u00f3n de liderazgo en la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa con capital privado que tenemos. Para nosotros es un privilegio trabajar de la mano con un actor institucional tan relevante como CONCOVI\u201d, ha concluido la primera ejecutiva de DEXTER.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

DEXTER’s contribution to the financing of cooperative housing (self-promotion) has been recognized in the Management Report presented, as a balance of the last year, by the Spanish Confederation of Housing Cooperatives (Confedereaci\u00f3n de Cooperativas de Vivienda de Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>

Specifically, CONCOVI echoes in a document of more than 100 pages the ‘Collaboration Agreement’ it reached with DEXTER in March 2023, an agreement that recognizes the company’s experience in real estate financing and its prestigious and privileged position in the sector.<\/p>

In the same way, the report emphasizes that the agreement was established on the basis that \u00abDEXTER has shown and demonstrated its ability to meet the specific needs of housing cooperatives and that the creation and incorporation of this type of company continues to grow\u00bb.<\/p>
