Tambi\u00e9n, las rentas en los centros comerciales en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1n muy por debajo de las del norte de Europa, por lo tanto, la tasa de esfuerzo del operador es m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda.<\/p><p>As\u00ed se entiende que el inter\u00e9s de los operadores siga en aumento, con un 28% m\u00e1s de aperturas en 2023, con ingresos m\u00e1s sostenibles que en otros pa\u00edses y una rentabilidad de los centros prime que alcanza un 6,5%, el valor m\u00e1s alto de los \u00faltimos 11 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Los fondos de inversi\u00f3n han sido los protagonistas con el 72% del volumen invertido.
