Con la mirada puesta en enclaves estrat\u00e9gicos como Dubai y M\u00e9xico, estamos llevando la firma a otra dimensi\u00f3n\u201d, ha explicitado, en una conversaci\u00f3n en la que ha puesto en valor el peso de Espa\u00f1a en el mundo y la seguridad jur\u00eddica que ofrece a los inversores internacionales: \u201clos fondos buscan esa seguridad, y la encuentran, y al mismo tiempo tienen muy presente el enorme atractivo de Marbella y la Costa del Sol. Yo no dir\u00eda que ese atractivo est\u00e1 volviendo sino que Marbella, en realidad, siempre est\u00e1 de moda\u201d.<\/p><p>En un momento en el que la banca tradicional no est\u00e1 siendo especialmente generosa en la concesi\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito, Yeidy Ram\u00edrez ha sido muy directa: \u201cvamos a llegar all\u00ed donde otros no llegan. Toda la costa de M\u00e1laga, pero tambi\u00e9n otras zonas del mediterr\u00e1neo como Catalu\u00f1a, Alicante o Baleares son un polo de enorme inter\u00e9s en el sector inmobiliario\u201d.<\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo, la CEO de Dexter Global Finance se ha pronunciado sobre las ventajas que presenta la financiaci\u00f3n con capital privado: \u201csomos m\u00e1s flexibles, manejamos tiempos m\u00e1s cortos.
