I synnerhet efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 och utvecklingen av kontor, s\u00e4rskilt i stora huvudst\u00e4der som Madrid och Barcelona, forts\u00e4tter att uppvisa positiva siffror hittills under 2022.<\/p><p>I Madrid uppgick uthyrningen av kontor till 135.000 kvm brutto i mars, vilket \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta siffran f\u00f6r ett f\u00f6rsta kvartal de senaste tre \u00e5ren och 66% \u00f6ver samma period f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, enligt branschdata. Dessutom f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas 555.000 kvm nya kontorsytor tas i bruk under de kommande tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren, d\u00e4r nybyggnation och renovering av tillg\u00e5ngar st\u00e5r f\u00f6r mer \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av det nya utbudet.<br \/>Under det f\u00f6rsta kvartalet uppgick uthyrningen av kontor i Barcelona till 91.000 kvm, en \u00f6kning med 21% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller nyproduktion kommer Barcelona att ha 322.000 kvm ny kontorsyta fram till 2022 och 33% av denna yta \u00e4r redan uthyrd.<\/p><p>Yeidy Ramirez, VD f\u00f6r DEXTER Global Finance, s\u00e4ger: \"Distansarbete har av uppenbara sk\u00e4l tagit fart under de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren, men det finns m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag f\u00f6r vilka kontoret \u00e4r oers\u00e4ttligt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det inte f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande att investeringarna v\u00e4ntas uppg\u00e5 till 3,5 miljarder i \u00e5r. P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som Private Equity g\u00e5r in i bostads-, handels- eller industrifinansiering g\u00f6r de det i kontor. Det g\u00e4ller inte bara i stora huvudst\u00e4der som Madrid och Barcelona.<br \/>Detsamma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r andra som Malaga och Sevilla.
